The previous post covered the side project where muda's standard came from. The first pipeline muda ran on after that was an internal platform at work: an AWS CDK app with five Docker images, three ECS services, an AWS Batch compute environment and a small website. A dev deploy took 49 minutes. Like the side project, it had been built one feature at a time with Claude writing most of the code, and none of muda's rules had been written with it in mind.

By the end, a dev deploy took about 14 minutes when the worker images rebuilt and under 8 when no image changed. The pipeline also produced three new recipes and a handful of fixes to muda itself.
